A series of free talks founded in 2008 by Tina Roth Eisenberg. What started as a small idea, has now spread with events being held across the world.
Investing In You
The premise is simple but incredibly effective; a talk that inspires, first thing in the morning, and available for everyone. Most of all, the motivation behind CreativeMornings is providing a space in which people can come together to learn, inspire and share, while confronting any barriers which they believe may be in the way of their goals. This is something Finbar is also incredibly passionate about, so when he was asked to speak at CreativeMornings by Keith, he was delighted.
Each month there is a particular theme, and Finbar chose to give his talk in February as the theme was ‘invest’. For Finbar the ability to invest in ourselves is one of the most valuable things we can do to build the foundation for the life that we want.
The talk was given in The Tara building in Dublin, on a sunny Friday morning. CreativeMornings always start with some live music from local musicians and great coffee and treats from local distributors. Then, after you’re nice and relaxed, the speaker begins their talk. Finbar illustrated how our internal operating systems and feelings can be developed to allow us to learn to live presently through themes from his own work such as love v’s fear, time, feelings and floating.
