This two-and-a-half-hour experience combines meditation, energy awareness, and playful exploration in a safe, supportive group setting. No prior experience or skill is necessary; this workshop is about letting go of self-doubt, embracing the fun of creativity, and allowing yourself the freedom to dream.
Guided by Finbar’s expertise in energy awareness and intuitive creativity, you’ll tune into what truly excites you—free from fear or perfectionism. With a maximum of six participants, the intimate setting provides plenty of personal time to receive support, guidance, and encouragement, while enjoying the energy of a shared experience. The workshop offers a blend of group connection and individual exploration, creating an empowering space to move past hesitation and begin crafting your vision.
